Most orders should ship out within 2 business days... Unless you guys get wild during product launches, in which case, it may take slightly longer.
We only have products listed for purchase that are In Stock and ready to ship so normal shipping lead times apply.
There are several factors that play into bringing a finished product to market. We won't launch anything that we're not completely satisfied with and stand behind.
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, there's a chance you can reach out and we can add it. Send an E-MAIL to the team and we will see if we can help.
While we don't do pre-orders or backorders, you can always jump on a notification list and we will let you know when a product is in stock and ready for purchase.
Yes, we ship Internationally. If you can checkout, we can ship.

At this time, you must be 18 years or older to attend any ADAPTIV Training course.
At this time, our training is only available to American citizens or LE/military personnel of allied countries.
Due to the complexity of most questions we get, it's more effective for our team to thoroughly research the answer and get you something in writing. We resort to phone calls and other scheduled contact methods when the project requires that type of communication.
Yes and no. We prefer not to take solicitations since it often creates murky situations with unspoken and unmet expectations, especially if the product you are pitching to us is something already in development. If you are a professional organization needing a certain product developed, we can have that discussion on a case-by-case basis.
Since a good chunk of our customers are in the military and law enforcement sector, it doesn't make logistical sense to offer discounts. We support the military industrial complex and public safety sector in other ways.
Fundamentally, we don't believe there should be capabilities that citizens can't possess. Unless barred by law, all of our products will be available to citizens of this country.
Shoot us an email and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. If it's a product we have already been interested in, or serves a purpose that we can use alongside our T&E of other products - we would check it out.
We... don't do that. We would consider exploring a legitimate evaluation of a product with a suitable fee, but it would be executed behind-the-scenes without marketing or publication in order to preserve ethical evaluation standards. A report would then be provided to you, the manufacturer.
