WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be
confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may
return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the
conditions below.

Return Requirements
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping the item back to obtain return authorization and instructions.
  • Include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns at our discretion, particularly for items that show signs of wear, modification, or improper packaging.

 

Warranty – “Hard Use” Program

Our gear is built to be used hard — and we mean it. The Hard Use Warranty Program offers limited lifetime coverage to support customers who put their gear through real-world abuse.

If your gear fails from legitimate hard use, you can submit a warranty claim for review.

How It Works
  1. Submit a claim with photos and a brief description of how the gear was used and what failed.
  2. Our team will review the submission and determine whether the item qualifies under the Hard Use Program.
  3. If approved, you’ll send us the used or damaged item for inspection.
  4. Depending on the case, we may repair, replace, or offer a discount on a new product.
What’s Not Covered
  • Damage from intentional misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
  • Cosmetic wear (fading, scuffs, discoloration) that does not affect function.
  • Lost or stolen items.

We want our products to serve you well — whether in the field, at the range, or on deployment — and we’ll always do our best to take care of our customers who use their gear as intended.
