This project aims to create a rifle rail that provides the following: enhanced air cooling due to larger inside diameter and larger ventilation slots, and direct-accessory mounting utilizing the Remington-style 1.97" direct-thread pattern. On top of this, we are designing a proprietary barrel nut that will work with most standard upper receivers, but can also be adapted to a future billet upper receiver to eliminate barrel flex for precision builds. Inside diameter of the rail is being designed to accommodate select suppressors with a 1.5" external diameter.
